Herb Sheaner, Jr and Gloria Sheaner established the agency in 1952.  Their son Mike Sheaner joined the agency in 1980 after graduating from the Rawls school of business at Texas Tech University.

Herb Sheaner, BBA University of Texas, MBA University of Michigan.   Active in numerous Aetna sales campaigns, award winner, Great Performance Club member numerous times. Past Commander of 106^th Infantry Division Association; Former Prisoner of War and Past-President of Dallas Chapter of American EX-POW organization; Past-President of Texas Tech Dad’s Association. Track & Field coach from 1955 – 1975; started the prestigious Jesuit-Sheaner Relays in 1964; Certified Track & Field Official; inducted into the Jesuit Sports Hall of Fame and Texas Track & Field Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Leadership positions with YMCA, Church, and Jesuit College Preparatory School.  Established Agency in 1952.  

Gloria Sheaner, brought valuable experience to the agency in 1956 after beginning her career in commercial insurance with Dealers National Insurance Company.

Mike Sheaner, BBA Texas Tech University. Ranked 2nd in Aetna’s home office commercial lines agency school. Earned Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1986. Maintains excellent rapport with clients and company personnel. Games Committee member of the Jesuit-Sheaner Relays; Certified Track & Field official; Past-President of the Texas Track & Field Coaches Association; Past-President Trinity chapter of Toastmasters International; Leader in Church.  Managing Partner, with agency 39 years.

 Customer Service Representatives (CSR):

Fatima, Commercial lines Account Manager. Licensed CSR. Experience in Personal and Commercial lines. Performs quoting, application, renewal processing and customer service. Joined agency in 1991.

Elizabeth, Personal lines Account Manager. Licensed CSR. Provides processing, quoting, claims assistance, billing and payment inquiries and rating.  Joined agency in 2001.

Araseli, Personal lines Assistant. Joined agency in 2021.

Molly, Accounting Manager. Joined agency in 2020.
